UPSC CDS II Eligibility Criteria 2024

Course	Qualification
IMA & OTA	Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
Naval Academy	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Air Force	Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with Physics & Mathematics at the 10+2 level.

Age Limits (as of 01/07/2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years

Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules. Refer to the notification for post-wise details.

How to Apply for CDS II Exam 2024

• Ensure your photograph is recent (taken within the last 10 days) with your name and the date on it.
• UPSC requires One Time Registration (OTR) to apply for CDS II. Candidates without OTR must first complete the registration process.
• Carefully read the official notification before proceeding with the online application.
• Ensure you have all the required documents, such as eligibility proof, ID proof, and other relevant details ready before starting the form.
• Prepare scanned copies of your photo, signature, and other necessary documents as required for the recruitment form.
• Before submitting, double-check all details and review the form thoroughly.
• If applicable, pay the examination fee to complete the form submission. Unpaid forms will not be processed.
• Print a copy of the final submitted form for future reference.
